Gita provides a performance transformation framework based on consciousness.

Gita provides a framework which is based on the consciousness. To me the processes which are used today were in vogue in the earlier times, only the difference is that the approach was based on consciousness. We can consider Krishna as state of existence(The consultant) who enabled performance of the conflict ridden, shattered state of existence Arjuna's state during the war and in crises(Client organization) to high performing entity even in adverse conditions.
It is noteworthy that happiness and power go together only if a person attains a state of equanimity and attains a state of perfection. It goes to say that knowledge by having qualifications, wisdom through experience, stability in normal and adverse condition are necessary condition to be worthy of having power but not sufficient. Happiness and power go together only and only if the person had attained a state of equanimity which is not influenced either by positive or negative emotions.Then in that case are robots are more suitable for making decisions since they are not affected by emotions?Again the decisions need to taken based on the consciousness which takes into account the essential elements such as hunger, sleep, reflection, skill, memory, delusion etc(Which are 22 in number) in self and others involved in the team then the resultant decision will not lead to defeat(Vide Aparajitha Stotram in Devi Bhagavatam in experiential system).
