E-HRM Needed for Green HRM

Electronic Human Resources Management (e-HRM) is a must needed tools for attaining strategic position within the organization.

Not only the Multinational corporations (MNCs), rather small and medium enterprises (SMEs) should put more emphasis to implement e-HRM. Does not matter, what kind of organization you are working on, if you are an HRM professional, this is the high time for you to ask about the e-HRM. Government organizations need to be following the same, for a paperless and more effective HR management. Green management is highly expected from all levels as our future related to this concept. If we love our mother nature, if we love our employee as a human being, if our desires to be benchmarked by others, e-HRM is the right platform, we should think about. Though the field of green HRM is young, but both the academicians and practitioners need to start venturing about it. So, e-HRM can lead us to green HRM.:-).
