Technology management and employees' behaviour
Due to globalisation, accross the world most of the companies are interlinked in any one of business activities and each company has been introducing many technology by copying from other company and or own initiative to bring changes in the company in terms of fulfilling customers/stakeholders' needs. Of course, organisational culture and systems varied for each company, hence the employees are being taking long time to adapt new technology while any company has introduced its technology, so it affects entire organisation structure. However, the employees' behaviour are to be measured and to be motivated while the new technology is being introduced.
