sometimes leadership does not need someone pointing the direction or changing course
its become evident in the wake of the current downturn, leadership at this point is lacking someone actually doing some work. in the last few months i have heard the most said with little action. sometimes i believe that leadership should take the seat of being transactional and monitor whats happening, transfornational is important but if you not getting your hands dirty, you wont undertsand the full extent of this issue. you can postulate till the cows come home.
direction and understanding the issues at ground level is what helps make good decisions......
