culture and time

every passing moment has its own chalenges that do not need one to say ,we used to............

ignorance of the needs of time always allow culture to tie us down.Even if one has been with an organisation for more than a decade,he or she still needs to respect other people`s views instead of saying "in this company we have done a, b, c for years so what you are suggesting does not work".This is directed specificaly to those in leadership because some leaders are slow at seeing that the seasons in their environment have shifted and its time for new ideas. It is good also for every organisation to have aculture but these organisational cultures should not be allowed to get into the way of progress,if we are to pick any employee in Zimbabwe and ask how organisations made it between 2006 and 2008 no one can realy point out a fomula because the environmant was so dynamic that it was almost imposible to plan for the next day.Given this kind of picture it is therefore very crucial to have leaders and people who know how to deal with change as part of the organisation.
