Leading projects will be most succesful if the project managers should realize that projects are social systems
All projectmanagers and program amanegers should develop leadership in leading social systems. When they construct project organizations, primary they should organize people based on their ability to work together and generate synergy. Using group dynamics rather then technocratic methodologies projects will succesfully produce the right deliverables to all stakeholders. Even better would be that projects are developped as learning systems and provide all stakeholders a challenching learning environment.
