We need to create change rather than accept change
Many authors are highlighting the importance of accepting change and how training can help people accept change and modify their view to see the opportunities within change rather than the threats, now, it's becoming an increasing necessity to create and induce change before it is too late and organizations are pushed to move to plan B "accept change".
Are we ready now as training providers to supply our clients with the necessary tools to think, create and evaluate properly what kind of change is optimum for each organization and to which extent and at what time they need to start calling for change?
