Transcendent LeadershipWe are researching a four quadrant model for leadership that is trait-based (character development) and measures the commendable traits that must be present to create the conditions where creativity and innovation will thrive. It is based on more than 15 years of qualitative research and four years of quantitative research. The Four Quadrants are Humanity, Wisdom, Courage and Resilience. These are measured by 48 commendable traits scaled into 12 Core Strengths. The hypothesis of the study is that demonstrated leadership behavior that is balanced between the four quadrants will correlate to higher levels of innovation. Specifically, a balanced score on the Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor will correlate to higher scores on the SOQ which measures the nine dimensions of creativity in team level climate.
