IsSWOT good for future
Some people belive that BCG Matrix is just a present picture from businesses.
Some say SWOT is the same, because the scores of OT and SW are based on the present reaction of organization to environment for each O and T, and the power of organizaton for each SW item. So strategies resulted are based on present situation of organization not future or designed future os organization. Do you believe so?
