People deserve to be praised.

l've come to realise in my years of working with people,that managers or entrepreneur should apply or use more of praise role than pay role.People will respond to praises and exceed their expectation if they know people appreciate their work and praise them for it.Like the mark on the palm,people are design to respond to praises than you can imagine,and this will in turn increase efficiency,effectiveness and productivity. l did a research on five people l employed this year,and l notice their needs were basic needs and they have alot of ambition.They all seems to know the importance of money or pay and they seems to have this general knowledge that their pay is not their worth.l increase what l pay them to get certain results l wanted but we didn't get there,but when l tried praise role,the work enviroment changed,they understands that they were part of something big and it worked like magic.Contrary to Abraham Maslow who suggested that human being will respond to money as their motivating factor than any other thing.
