It really matters if you are making progress...but what is important is that you are making it IN THE RIGHT JUNGLE
When listening to Prof. Covey's analogy on management and leadership. (the Jungle story). I realized that as important as having the tools and the knowhow and also an the stamina to go forward...it is as important as whether we are progressing in the right field... are efficient as well as effective are we doing the right things right.
I am always using an example of having a ferrari placed on N and being pushed to your final destination... at the end car and driver are there, but how, when and why....
