There are numerous management tools and methods to help us build the business and the organization. Chiefs among them are; action-oriented, customer-focussed and result-driven.

I frequently use these three attributes as guiding principles, especially pertaining to business operations and general management.

These guiding principles are also the anchor or our activities in the organization, if any of us, any team or department, veering off these principles, we need to reviews our activities, or even the SOP's.

Action-oriented, customer-focussed, and result-driven are pivotal in consolidating the goals and objectives to be achieved by the staff. Once everybody is sharing a common goal and objective, impossible can turn to ' I'm possible ' .
