Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I am writing my dissertation on 'Value Co-creation in Fast Moving Consumer Goods( FMCG)' and their impact in reducing product cannibalisation in a FMCG multibrand company. In the past decade high tech companies have largely and successfully used the concept of Value co-creation involving customer participation in the production process of goods and services and result has led to customer satisfaction, loyalty and positive word of mouth. However little has been said or done on FMCG goods which happens to be in high demand for a relatively affordable price, and is accessible to everyone in the marketplace
