Hotel Chains that offers franchises are less affected by this running crisis all over the world and unleveraged than the chains that do not offer franchises.
The hotel companies that given offer franchise to other hotels like marriott, hilton are less affected in sales volume than other hotels that do not offer franchises and those that comes under franchise contract. The reason that i can figure out is the continuous revenue as franchise fees from the leasers.
