Technology is continuously changing and organizations have to adapt to changes to remain competetive. Organizations can dramatically improve their results and satisfy their customer needs by re-engineering their business processes by using BPR strategy introduced by Dr. Michael Hammer in the 1990's by using IT as change lever. One more example is introduction of e-learning which is termed as "Pedagogy empowered by Digital Technology" and offers enormous potential for education to reach the unreachable .
