management with objectives - a positive pay-off
Sometimes these are circumstances that makes your organization to hire a temporary manager. That is also a person who co-creates the exposure and success of your company. You’re not in for just a hanger-on but would like to have people who co-work critical, creative and pragmatic on the realization of your objectives.
What is the best possible guarantee the goals of your company are first and not the goals of the ‘passer-by’?
This question has less to do with a ‘fixed’ or ‘temporary’ work relationship. The issue is that the people with who you (co-)operate are open and clear what they stand for. In that case you can align if interests are alike and that you are advancing on the same path.
In example Cusoe (Customer Service & Operational Excellence) is open and clear regarding her business drivers: Improve customer satisfaction, reduce cycle times, reduce defects.
Of course Cusoe would like to gain from the circumstances of her client.
However Cusoe can only establish her gain in co-working with her client to realize common goals. Do you recognize these goals – you recognize Cusoe and are open for mutual gain.
