is it important to implement change and how effective is change management in an organization?
It has been revealed that it is important to implement change in any organization at a point in time in an organization's life span in order to boost productivity among other good things that come with it which i believe is true.This means there should be change in human resource,technology,plans etc. How effective does change take place in an organization,does it only affect those at the bottom such as junior officers or it should affect management down to junior officers. Do organiztions achieve their aimed targets or plans when they implement change,where does organiztion traditions then go or they modify those traditions.
Is change significant and effective then?
