Creating Future-Proof Organizatonal Structures

Management, in it different manifestations cannot adopt yesterday's approach to today's/tomorrow's problem.

Chaos characterizes today's comfort zone. If not then one/ an organization is simply a misfit. The cultural mindset -- one of conformity and blind acceptance can bring no prize. The prize is for the one who challenges challenge for it needs to respond proactively to technology, economic mismanagement ,management and marketing paradigm shifts, power and political shifts, law, labor and legal issues,environmental demands and green concerns. Most books , and very often the so called best sellers ,carry a borrowed flavor, invariably written after giving 'presentations' laced with buntings and festoons and with a little publicity and public relations the 'ideas' are spoused as the in thing.
