Facilitating Change through Learning Strategies

Organization don't change, People do

Change is the brainchild of leadership. Usually motivated through factors that can't be modified. In most organizational structures, its a top-down process. The focus of change can be derived through processes, technology, and learning strategy. As a consultant, I have been a part of many organizational change initiatives only to see the first flawed by impatience, perception, and communication. Those times when we were successful in instituting change that bridge organizational process and technology is when a major learning strategy was instituted. One that addressed the impatience of instituting correctly identified interventions, behaviorial modification to curb perceptions, and proper analysis which address all levels of organizational development and enrichment.
