Relationship between customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction

Nowadays customer satisfaction is cosidered as the main source of revenue for companies. It is been proven that one of the main factors playing a major role in this subject particularly in service industries is employee satisfaction. Fotunately so many paper have been issued on this subject in which some models are introduced. Such models clearly illustrate that employees are to be considered as internal customers who create value for external customers. Also emperical researches show that normally satisfaction is a prerequisite for retention and loyalty issues both in employee and customer aspects.
