Focused on people development to increase leadership skills at the power of one (self), power of two (coaching and mentoring) or power of three (Coaching Triangles, triads) this system requires a mindset and paradigm shift to implement as it is based on a number of innovative practices and theories: self-directed learning and choice, possibility thinking, chaos and complexity theory, appreciative inquiry, as well as tried and true management and leadership theories.
