Quinta disciplina - SengePara Peter Senge (1990), a mudança é teaming e aprender é mudança. Assim, é possível para organizações aprender mudar porque “profundamente para baixo, nós somos todos os learners”. Em seu livro “a quinta disciplina”, Senge quer destruir o illusion que o mundo está criado fora das forças separadas, unrelated. Quando nós damos acima este illusion, nós podemos então construir “organizações de aprendizagem”, organizações onde os povos expandem continuamente sua capacidade criar os resultados que desejam verdadeiramente, onde os testes padrões novos e expansive de pensar nurtured, onde o aspiration coletivo é ajustado livre, e onde os povos estão aprendendo continuamente como aprender junto. As gerente devem aprender detectar sete “inabilidades de aprendizagem organizational” e usar “Five Disciplines” como antidotes a eles.


Five Disciplines de Senge

Os cinco componentes no modelo de Senge são:

  1. Systems Thinking. A disciplina integrative (do fifth) que funde os outros 4 em um corpo coherent da teoria e da prática.

  2. Mastery pessoal. Os povos devem considerar sua vida e seu trabalho tal como um artista consideraria um trabalho de arte.

  3. Modelos mentais. Suposições profundamente ingrained ou as imagem mentais que influenciam como nós compreendemos o mundo e como nós fazemos exame da ação.

  4. Visão compartilhada construindo. Se houver uma visão genuína, os povos excel e aprendem, não porque têm que, mas porque querem a.

  5. Aprendizagem da equipe. os Equipe-membros participam no diálogo verdadeiro. Suspendem suas suposições.

Todas estas 5 disciplinas devem ser empregadas em um quest never-ending para expandir a capacidade da organização criar seu futuro. Os Learning Organization são aquelas organizações que podem ir além da sobrevivência que aprende, para executar a aprendizagem generative: um formulário de aprender isso realça sua capacidade criar.
