第5訓練- Sengeピーター Senge (1990年)のために、変更は団結するであり、学習は変更である。 従って「深く、私達がすべての学習者」であるので、組織が変わることを学ぶことは可能である。 彼の本では世界が別、無関係な力から創造されること「第5訓練」は、Senge錯覚を破壊したいと思う。 私達がこの錯覚をあきらめるとき、私達は集合的な抱負が自由に置かれるところで、そして人々が一緒に学ぶ方法を絶えず学んでいるところでところで考えることの新しく、膨張性パターンが育てられる、ところで人々が絶えず偽りなく望む決算、業績を創造する彼らの容量を拡大する組織それから「組織」を学ぶことを造ってもいい。 マネジャーは7つの組織の「学習障害」を検出し、それらに解毒剤として「Five Disciplines」を使用するために学ばなければならない。


SengeのFive Disciplines

Sengeからのモデルの5つの部品は次のとおりである:

  1. Systems Thinking。 理論および練習の凝集性ボディに他の4つを溶かす統合的な(五番目の)訓練。

  2. 個人的な支配。 人々は彼らの生命を見なさなければなり、芸術家のような彼らの仕事は芸術品を見なす。

  3. 精神モデル。 私達が世界をいかに理解する、そしていかに私達が処置をとるか影響を及ぼす深く根深い仮定か精神イメージ。

  4. 造る共用視野。 本物の視野があれば、人々はないなるがので、ほしいので、勝り、学ぶ。

  5. チーム学習。 チームメンバーは本当ダイアログに加わる。 彼らは彼らの仮定を中断する。

この5つの訓練はすべて終ることがない探求で構成の容量を拡大するために未来を創造する用いられなければならない。 Learning Organizationは学ぶ存続を越えて行くことができる生成的な学習を行うそれらの組織である: それの学習の形態は創造する容量を高める。
