Management de la Performance

Le Management de la Performance (MP) est une approche stratégique de gestion pour le pilotage de la performance réalisé par une activité. Il décrit les méthodologies, les métriques, les processus, les systèmes et logiciels qui sont utilisés pour la pilotage et la gestion de la performance des activités d'une entreprise. Business Performance Management, et Strategic Performance Management, Enterprise Performance Management et Corporate Performance Management sont toutes les variations de la terminologie.
