Kurt Lewin

Kurt Lewin era um psicólogo social americano. Contribuiu à dinâmica do grupo da ciência e à pesquisa de ação, e é considerado um dos founders do psychology moderno. Mas Lewin é talvez o mais best-known para diagramas tornando-se do campo do Force Field Analysis e da força.

De acordo com Kurt Lewin, uma edição é mantida in equilíbrio pela interação de dois jogos opondo-se das forças. Aqueles que procuram promover a mudança: as forças dirigindo. E aqueles que tentam manter o quo do status: as forças contendo. Lewin viu organizações como os sistemas em que a situação atual não era um teste padrão de estática. Mas um balanço dinâmico (“Equilibrium”) das forças que trabalham em sentidos opostos. Para que toda a mudança a ocorrer, as forças dirigindo deve exceder as forças contendo, assim deslocando o equilíbrio. Compare: Catastrophe Theory.


O Force Field Diagram

O Force Field Diagram é um modelo construído nesta idéia que forças estão dirigindo e mudança contêm. Estas forças incluem: pessoas, hábitos, costumes, e atitudes. Um Force Field Diagram pode ser usado em todo o nível: pessoal, projeto, organizational, rede, para visualizar as forças que podem trabalhar no favor e de encontro às iniciativas da mudança. O diagrama ajuda a seu usuário retratar a “guerra” entre forças em torno de uma edição dada. Geralmente, uma edição de planeamento da mudança é descrita no alto. Abaixo desta, há duas colunas. As forças dirigindo são alistadas na coluna esquerda, e nas forças contendo na coluna right-hand. As setas são extraídas para o meio. Umas setas mais longas indicam umas forças mais fortes. A idéia é compreender, e fazer explícito, todas as forças que agem em uma edição dada.


Uso do método do Force Field Analysis

  • Investigue o balanço de poder envolvido em uma edição.
  • Identifique os jogadores os mais importantes (stakeholders) e grupos de objetivo para uma campanha na edição.
  • Identifique oponentes e aliados.
  • Identifique como você pode influenciar cada grupo de objetivo

Etapas em um Force Field Analysis? Processo

  1. Descreva a situação atual.
  2. Descreva a situação desejada.
  3. Identifique onde a situação atual irá se nenhuma ação for feita exame.
  4. Aliste todas as forças que dirigem a mudança para a situação desejada.
  5. Aliste todas as forças que resistem a mudança para a situação desejada.
  6. Discuta e interrogate todas as forças: são válida? Podem ser mudados? Quais são críticos?
  7. Aloce uma contagem a cada uma das forças que usam uma escala numérica por exemplo 1 é extremamente fraco e 10 são extremamente fortes.
  8. Faça um mapa das forças. Aliste as forças dirigindo na esquerda. E aliste as forças contendo à direita.
  9. Determine se a mudança é viable e o progresso pode ocorrer.
  10. Discuta como a mudança pode ser afetada diminuindo a força das forças contendo ou aumentando a força de forças dirigindo.
  11. Recorde que isso aumentar as forças dirigindo ou diminuir as forças contendo podem aumentar ou diminuir outras forças ou mesmo criar novos.
