Modelo do Growth Phases | Curva de GreinerQue é o modelo do Growth Phases? Descrição

O modelo das fases do crescimento de Larry E. Greiner sugere que as organizações atravessam 5 (6) estágios do crescimento e necessitam estratégias e estruturas apropriadas lidar.  É um framework descritivo que possa ser usado compreender porque determinada gerência denomina, estruturas organizational e os mecanismos da coordenação trabalham, e porque alguns não trabalham em determinadas fases no desenvolvimento de uma organização. O modelo de 1972 Growth Phases de Greiner descreve cinco fases do desenvolvimento e do crescimento organizational:

  1. Crescimento com a creatividade. Companhia Start-up, uma comunicação entrepreneurial, informal, trabalho duro e salário baixo. Terminar por uma crise da liderança.
  2. Crescimento com o sentido. O crescimento sustentado, estrutura de organização funcional, contabilidade, gerência de capital, incentives, orçamentos, estandardizou processos. Terminar por uma crise da autonomia.
  3. Crescimento através do delegation. A estrutura organizational, operacionais descentralizados e introduzem no mercado a responsabilidade nivelada, centros de lucro, incentives financeiros, tomada de decisão são baseadas nas revisões periódicas, atos superiores da gerência pela exceção, uma comunicação formal.   4. Crescimento com a coordenação e da monitoração. A formação de grupos de produto, revisão completa do planeamento formal, centralization de funções da sustentação, equipe de funcionários corporativo oversees a coordenação, despesas em investimento corporativos, accountability para o ROI no nível do grupo de produto, motivation com compartilhar de lucro lower-level. Terminar por uma crise vermelha da fita adesiva.
  5. Crescimento com a colaboração. O trajeto evolucionário novo, ação da equipe para resolver de problema, equipes cruz-funcionais da tarefa, equipe de funcionários de sustentação descentralizada, organização de matriz, simplificou mecanismos do controle, programas da instrução do comportamento da equipe, sistemas de informação avançados, incentives da equipe. Terminar por uma crise interna do crescimento.

Mais recentemente Greiner adicionou uma sexta fase a seu modelo do Growth Phases:

  1. Crescimento através das soluções extra-organizational (mergers, terras arrendadas, redes das organizações)
