Social power力のプロセスは普及する、複雑、および私達の社会で頻繁に隠されてである。 French and RavenのBases of Social Powerは社会的な(組織の)力の5つの(6つの)基盤かもとを識別する理論である:

  1. 報酬力。 この形態は感知された能力に与えるか、肯定的な結果をまたは取除く陰性を物基づいている。

  2. 強制的な力。 これはあなたの考えか要求に合わせないため人々を罰する感知された機能である。
