Cultural IntelligenceCultural Intelligence (cq)は2004年10月のHBRでクリストファー EarleyおよびElaine Mosakowskiによって記述されているように国民の、企業および職業文化に対処する機能である。 cqは不慣れな文脈を理解し、次に調節する機能である。 それらはCultural Intelligenceの3つの源を記述する。


Cultural Intelligenceの3つの源

  1. ヘッド/認識。 外国文化の確信、習慣およびタブーについての丸暗記は、よく働かない。
