Level 5 Leadership [제5수준 리더십] - Collins제5수준 리더십이란 무엇인가? 기술

제5 수준의 리더십은 사람에 대한 존경, 리더의 이타성, 결과달성을 위한 강한 몰입, 최고를 이끌어내는 사고에 기반한다. 제5 수준 리더는 강렬한 의지와 개인적 겸양을 동시에 소유한 역설적인 존재이다. 그들은 완고하고 냉정하지만 동시에 겸손하다. 그들은 그들의 회사에 대한 야망을 갖고 있고, 자신이 조직의 성공의 장애물에 되지 않게 하려한다. 조직의 위대한 성과에 기여를 하지만, 성과를 조직구성원, 외부요인, 사업운으로 돌린다. 제5 수준의 리더들은 규율있는 사람, 사고, 행동의 도움으로 이끌어나간다.

제5 수준 리더십의 활용. 응용

이 방법은 시도될 때마다 명백히 작동한다. 그것은 능력보다는 인격에 관한 것이라 할 수 있다. 뛰어난 능력은 성공에 필수불가결한 요소는 아니지만, 인격은 협상의 여지가 없는 것이다.

  1. 올바른 인력을 고용한다.
  2. 직원들이 하고자하는 일에 배치하여 활용한다.
  3. 장기적이고 원대한 목표를 세운다 (BHAG).
