Level Five Leadership basiert auf der Idee, das Respekt gegenüber Leuten, Selbstlosigkeit des Leiters und eine starke leistungsfähige Hingabe, um Ergebnisse zu erzielen, das Beste aus den Untergebenen herausholt. Level 5 Leiter sind eine paradoxe Mischung des leidenschaftlichen Willens und persönlicher Bescheidenheit. Sie sind störrisch und unbarmherzig. Dennoch sind sie bescheiden. Sie sind für ihre Firma ehrgeizig und erlauben selten ihrem Ego, ein Hindernis für den Erfolg ihrer Organisation zu sein. Obwohl sie große Sachen für ihre Organisationen erreichen, schreiben sie ihre bemerkenswerten Leistungen ihren Leuten, externen Faktoren und bloßem Glück zu. Level 5 Leiter führen mit Hilfe von disziplinierten Leuten, disziplinierten Gedanken und disziplinierten Aktivitäten.
 

Ursprung von Level-5-Führung. Geschichte

Die Level-5-Führung Theorie entwickelte sich unabhängig. Sie wurde von Collins und seinen Forschern in den Firmen „entdeckt“, die eine hohe Wachstumsrate über 15 aufeinanderfolgende Jahre hatten. Vergleichen Sie: Dienende Führung

Die richtigen Leute (Kultur, Charakter anstatt Kompetenz) + Bescheidenheit + starker profesioneller Wille (in Bezug auf das Ziel) = Erfolg.


Gebrauch von Level-5-Führung. Anwendungen

Diese Methode arbeitet anscheinend jedesmal, wenn sie angewendet wird. Sie ist mehr über Charakter als Kompetenz. Eine hohe Kompetenz wird nicht unbedingt benötigt, um erfolgreich zu sein, aber Charakter ist unersetzlich.


Schritte in Level-5-Führung. Prozess

  1. Stellen Sie die richtigen Leute ein.
  2. Setzen Sie sie in ihren Jobs ein, die sie erledigen „sollen“.
  3. Setzen Sie ein wirklich hohes langfristiges Ziel. (BHAG).

Stärken von Level-5-Führung. Nutzen

Sie können großartige Resultate, langfristige und dauerhafte Resultate erzielen.


Einschränkungen von Level-5-Führung. Nachteile

  • Es erfordert viel Zeit und persönlichen Einsatz vom Leiter.
  • Der Leiter erhält keine persönliche Gutschrift.

Annahmen von Level-5-Führung. Bedingungen

Diese Führungmethodik kommt gerade auf, und ist bis jetzt noch nicht weitgehend besprochen worden. Aber sie scheint sinnvoll und stark zu sein.
