إطار 7 - اس لماك كنسى هو نموذج إدارة يصف 7 عوامل لتنظيم شركة بطريقة شمولية وفعالة. تحتسب هذه العوامل معا الطريق لتشغيل الشركة.لكل عنصر قد تتفاوت بمرور الوقت. والمديرين يجب أن يأخذوا في الحسبان كل العوامل السبعة ، لكي يكونوا متأكدين من التطبيق الناجح للإستراتيجية. كبيرة أو صغيرة.   لو أن لأحدهم أخفق في إعارة الإنتباه الصحيح إلى أحدهم، فهذا يمكن أن يؤثر فى الآخرين أيضا . . إضافة إلى ذلك، الأهمية النسبية


أصل إطار 7 - اس . التاريخ

The 7-S Framework was first mentioned in the journal "Business Horizons" in an article "Structure Is Not Organization" by Robert H. Waterman, Thomas J. Peters and Julien R. Phillips in June 1980. It appeared also in "In Search of Excellence" by Peters and Waterman, and was taken up as a basic tool by the global management consultancy company McKinsey. Since then it is known as their 7-S model.

Strategy الإستراتيجية

خطط لتخصيص المصادر النادرة فى الشركات ، بمرور الوقت يتم لوصول للأهداف المحددة . بيئة ، تنافس، عملاء.
 

التركيب

الطريق الذي ترتبط فيه كل وحدات المنظمة بعضها ببعض: المركزية ، الإنقسامات الوظيفية (من الأعلى للأسفل) ؛ غير مركزية ؛ . مصفوفة , شبكة عمل , الممتلكات ، الخ


نظامات

الإجراءات والعمليات والروتينات التى تميز كيفية يجب أن يتم العمل: النظم المالية ؛ . التوظيف، أنظمة تقييم الإداء والترقية ؛ أنظمة المعلومات نظم المعلومات.
 

الموظفون

أعداد وأنواع الموظفين ضمن المنظمة.
 

الأسلوب

الاسلوب الثقافي من التنظيم وكيف يسلك المديرين الأساسيين في تحقيّق اهداف التنظيم. قارن : أساليب الادارة.
 

مهارة

القدرات التى تميز الموظفين أو المنظمة ككل. قارن : القدرات الرئيسية. قارن : القدرات الرئيسية .

  • المديرين يجب أن يتصرفوا بناء على جميع إطار 7 - اس بالتوازي وجميع 7 - اس ذو علاقة تبادلية.
