Click the activation link in the confirmation email you received from us. If you think you did not receive such
an email, check your SPAM email box. Click the link.

Copy and paste the password from the confirmation email that you received to avoid typing errors.

In Internet Explorer 7 or 8 do the following:

Click: Allow, OK, OK. Now login
again

In Firefox do the following:

Tools, Options, Privacy, Exceptions

Type: http://www.12manage.com

Click Allow, Close, OK. Now login
again

Apple / Safari (3.1.1) is not working properly with profiles
B. I Forgot my password... Do I already have an Account?

Go to the Login page > Enter your email address.

Click on: [ Forgot Your Password? ]

Your password will be sent to you. Now you can login.

If the email address you entered is unknown: enter another email address you may have used.
C. I need to change my email address in 12manage
To change your username (=email address), write an email to info@12manage.com. Mention your Name, Old email, New email, and Password.
D. I'm having another problem...
Please send an email to
info@12manage.com. Mention your 1. operating system, 2. internet browser, 3. what you are trying to do and 4. what went wrong (error message).
