How do you analyse the data obtain from this model? What statistical tool do you use and how is it done?

SPSS tool will do all the work and analysis for you. In my research I used Analyze compares means to obtain a one-way analysis of variance, standard deviation and others , to tests for linearity. I used NORMALIZATION CANONICAL method to analyze the differences or similarities between variables. Also I used The Correlations analysis test to measure how variables or rank orders are related.

It depends on the method used during the analysis. For example in my case I used SPSS tool to test for linearity which explains how related the answers and the questions in the survey are. For example: if the output result is greater than 0.5 then further analysis needs to be done like correlations analysis "and or "other test in order to identify the significant’ if exist” in the answers, questions and their relation (how related ) based on the service being measured.

In a case of SERVQUAL 3 column, after doing factor analysis by using varimax method if only one factor accounted for more variance and only one eigenvalue was extracted what is the conclusion then? Can any one help me in this.
