Leaders and Managers
Iwan Harianton, Indonesia
The equation is strongly similar to the research done by John C. Maxwell and my personal experience also shows quite close figures. However, I dont believe that managers should possess leadership skills rather than goal oriented objectives. Leaders achieve what average people think cannot be done within the shortest time.

Naila Vohra, Manager, United Arab Emirates
I strongly agree with the leadership criteria mentioned in the 'results based leadership'. Effective leadership should translate into business results. Anybody can lead but what makes a leader effective is his ability to deliver results against odds or limited opportunities, challenge set norms and be a change catalyst. Leaders today play mutiple roles from being an advocate to being a teamplayer. From being a facilitator to being a coach. It would be virtually impossible for anyone to be an effective leader without having these attributes.
