I am impressed by the method. Probabily in India this method can be widely applied by outsider intervention in a company, coz my personal experience with few companies make me say so.

In India it is Quite Complex

In most of the Indian organizations mediocrity flourishes. In absence of real competition, companies with average intelligence also get mediocre results and existing persons get promoted. Such people may not be interested in turnaround at all because it threatens them as well.
Peter Principle may be applied first so that need to have turnaround is really felt. Simply by talking turnaround it cannot come.
