There are several opinions about talent definition... Who can contribute the best practice on this field?

According to Wikipedia, talent management refers to the anticipation of the required human capital the organization needs as well as setting a plan to meet those needs.
For some people it is only about the management of high-worth individuals ("the talented") whilst to others it is about how talent is managed generally (including all people).
