Story Telling is Amazing
archana, Student (University), India

In many long speeches people get bored, but when the speech begins with story telling it keeps the audience interested throughout the speech. Amazing...
Amazing is also that people of all groups pay attention to story telling.

Storytelling Shows You're Human
Clare Edwards, Australia
When we share our stories as business leaders, we build empathy and rapport and develop our emotional intelligence. We are also giving unconscious permission to our listeners to see themselves in our stories and make positive conscious change. Nothing can illustrate a message more clearly, more articulately and more authentically than a shared personal story that includes the lessons learned and the changes made as a result.

Arif ur Rehman, Professor, Pakistan
I recently addressed a group of leading executives at a communication seminar. Before I came to the actual presentation (called: “distortions disturb deranged delinquents” a ‘deranged ‘ subject on which to talk about ‘delinquents’), I invested more than half my allotted time on stories moving around some upcountry folklore, and then my presentation was the most applauded that evening.
I had done nothing except pouring spice and pepper even before the meal was served.
