Satisficing all Stakeholders

I like this article. It shows that no stakeholder is to be left out as all of them should be carefully understood and dealt with appropriately. But this also leave me with a question. Are we trying to "satisfice" all the stakeholders in the organization?

Stakeholders' expectations need to be considered in the strategy evaluation.
Before deciding any change initiative which might be as a reflection of internal or external environmental change, the strategic leaders must consider internal stakeholders' expectations to achieve the strategic fit. And also the external stakeholders' needs must be considered, especially the community for any change initiative must contribute positively to the current issues like environmental concerns etc..

Is This a Reality to Satisfy All Stakeholders?

I think not, but it is wise to go beyond this value perspective when it is open to do so; in other words, look with the dissatisfied stakeholder to as the previous explanation is noted, try and strategically fit in the issues and concerns for a greater purpose or good.
Oftentimes, this analysis can benefit and compromise by sharing one add-on value not yet seen through a preexisting value perspective as seen from the stakeholder's eyes.

You can't please all the people all of the time, but you can take a view from 'anyone' at 'anytime' if you have an effective project-wide communications system that showcases the project's concerns to the stakeholder base and allows effective (moderated) interaction. Effective stakeholder analysis depends on free flow of good quality information.
