Control in management and leadership is mandatory. If you have significant control on the employees then you'll be able to develop a strategy and to implement it. The control can lead your firm to higher productivity and more creativity.

I am not sure how you achieve that.
Control (constraining) and leadership (inspiring others to contribute) seem to be contradictory.
Control at the extreme leads to a slave workforce, leadership to an empowered workforce - more difficult to manage but more productive - see Semler.
