Organizations who designed themselves in accordance with their employee culture are more and more successful and long sustaining.

 
 
Does Employee Culture or Organization Design Come First?

This is a discussion similar to the causality dilemma about the chicken or the egg: is the organization designing itself based on the employees or is it the other way around?

Hi Tiwary, To some extent this sounds excellent. But there is a need to measure the maturity level of the employees, knowledge, discipline and attitude needs to to be ascertained, else the organisation can not last for generations.
Reason whenthere is a lack of the above attributes, this goes into the designing of the organisation and destabilizes the organisation.
The business may collapse. Hence important attributes as specified above are to be considered before designing the organisation.
