What are the Questions in the Action Learning Formula ( L = P + Q)
Helen, UK
The Q in the Action Learning formula refers to:
A. Four "major" questions:
1. Where?
2. Who?
3. When?
4. What?
B. Three "minor" questions:
5. Why?
6. How many?
7. How much?

3 What Questions to Question Insight
Chris Riley, Consultant, Australia
There are three other very powerful 'WHAT' questions that can be used to chip away at any problem being tackled by an action learning set:
What are we really trying to do?
What is stopping us from doing it?
What can we do about it?

Why as a Driver
Mugurela Angheluta, Project Manager, Italy
Why? from my point of view is the main purpose, objective that drives around all the things, actions, activities that we develop in a business, but also in daily life:
For example: I will go to sleep because I am tired. (the main objective is to not feel tired anymore... Recover the good spirit, mood, feel powerful and productive, etc.
