The CRITICAL Element
Jeswan SinghPS, Engineer, Malaysia

In the 5 step approach of the Performance Prism, it is not comforting to notice that the EMPLOYEE and his/her contibution does not come out clearly. Rather it is not singled out as a key factor. My belief is that if the employee is satisfied then his/her contributions will interact most beneficially with the other elements of the Prism to produce the results and this will adequately cater for all the needs of all the prism faces.

Employees are Included
Elijah Ezendu, CEO, United Arab Emirates
In response to Jeswan Singh, the performance prism has a very clear projection for employees. The Stakeholders include Shareholders, Employees, Consumers, Distributors, Suppliers, Community, State, Ecosystem. Each of these stakeholders' contribution and satisfaction influences the overall performance and position of a firm.

An extra Facet of the Performance Prism
swarup k mohanty, Professor, India
I see one more facet which could be added to existing five -that is: ethical orientation.
For company to prosper and have long innings in the market ethical orientation is a boon.
One of the best examples is ' Tata Group of Companies' in India.
