Organizational Commitment and Belonging from Identification with Organization (Culture)

Commitment to organization and organization culture. While it is true that various types of organizational commitment are possible and that there are a number of ways to commit an employee to the organization as have been described by several authors there seems to be yet another 'X" factor which is more emotional in character and less tangible which binds the employee to the organization.
It is possible that such bondage comes from his continual existence and has deeply IDENTIFIED himself with the organizational culture and ultimately with the organization itself. His commitment does not waver despite favorable and unfavorable circumstances in the organization and he puts the organization first before himself.
If we can identify one individual like that it can have a very positive spreading effect. Such an individual truly belongs to the organization.
