Lateral Thinking-not a Predefined Thought Process
Shipra Shareen, Student (Other), India

Categorization of the thought process may not be possibly while making an attempt to solve a problem. The random occurrence of thoughts may not allow us to name the path it is following before the event of thinking has occurred. Lateral Thinking is a Process Through Which we Process Information
Balaji Sundararaman, Management Consultant, India
Lateral thinking is a process.
It can be defined as a process through which we process the information and deliberate our ideas. This provides many dimensions of the same object and provides wide range of choices. Decision making can be improved through this lateral thinking. It avoids or eliminates bias approach or thinking through a lens. Lateral thinking should end with abolish thinking!
