Both Women and Men can identify with any stage of the Hagberg Model of Personal Power

I don't believe that women can only identify with certain stages what I believe is that thy can identify with all the six stages if given the chance.

Hi Liza, note that the summary says:
'Women are more likely to identify with certain stages and men with other stages'.
This already means that we can find both women and men in any stage/type, but certain stages would be more attractive for men or for women (on average).
Anyway it was good that you clarified this important point.
