Goleman's Use of the Word 'he'
Grant Macphail, Student (University), Australia

Is Goleman referring to both 'females' and 'males' within the creation of resonance table, or simply males. I have noted that Goleman uses the word 'he' rather than 'people' or 'persons'?

Srikrishna Pothukuchi, Project Manager, India
Whether Goleman is refering to a person by he or she is immaterial as long as one articulates the context clearly. He gave the message precisely - well done.

Md Abdus Salam, Director, Canada
Yes, you are right! Human society in this 21st century still portrays leaders as 'he'. This is because we could not come out from the patriarch understanding of family.
Obviously, in olden days the father of the family was portrayed as the leader, not the mother. This concept is still prevalent in the present days of humanity.

Geethalakshmi.J, Manager, India
Reflect on Abdus, even in some of the corporate offices people are not projecting females as leaders. Many of them are not able to work under a female.
