Orientation of New Employees

I wonder about that too George. I have a perspective that may add to this idea. The organization may select employees, but the employees do not have to be a passive element, they can also choose the organization.
If we shift training to include the employees' self awareness; they can tell us which job they can do best. If they know themselves well, they know what skills and abilities they have and this way they can give the employer their best
. Both can be happy then.
