Customer Loyalty is the Life Blood of Organization
OLOKO MUMUNI AFOLABI, Student (University), Nigeria

Customer loyalty should be a factor every firm out there is striving to achieve. Customer loyalty is what blood is to humans. It is the primary objective of every business to satisfy its customers by providing them with quality products and services that will satisfy / provide utility for the consumer of such products.
In return the customers will pay back the satisfactions derived via the payment, but also via referrals, advertisements of the product and so on which in turns leads to high demand, high turn over, increase production, profit maximization, more investment and also creates a good public image of that firm to the society where they operate.

Corporate Commitment
Ford Thindwa, Zimbabwe
Businesses should commit themselves to the creation and maintenance of true partnership with their customers in order to satisfy the mutual desire for wealth creation, based on the implementation of innovative, practical and customer-sensitive service and operational packages. Also religiously promote without exception, the values of honesty, integrity, professionalism and value creation and adequately deal with all customer concerns. This, to my mind, will enhance customer loyalty.

Customer Loyalty: a Success Story to Firms

It cost more dollars to win new customers than to retain customers. Customers drive the business of the firm and are seen as the pivot of business success. It is prudent for firms to invest and improve on customer relationships.

Maximum Efforts for Customer Loyalty
RAFAEL REYES, Manager, Colombia
I'm agreeing with this note about customer loyalty. I think any firm needs to do maximum efforts to assure customers can come back to buy its product/service. Maximum efforts means a lot of things!

Customer Loyalty is Foundation
Customer loyalty is not only a life blood to an organisation but also customer loyalty can be viewed as the foundation upon which any organisation is built. A foundation supports the entire building. It is tidious, time consuming and expensive to make it. If the foundation is weak, the the whole building is shaky. You can change a building without affecting the foundation, but it is impossible to change the foundation without demolishing the whole building.

Without Customer Loyalty There is no Business Growth
Godfred Owusu Jnr, Student (Other), Ghana
You might think of having smart and productive marketers who bring in more clients to increase the company's productivity, but has the company thought of the cost incurred in acquiring new clients as compared to the cost of maintaining the old clients?
The same way that word of mouth marketing increases the productivity of a company"s market base by way of better business service to its activist/proponents, word of mouth marketing can also destroy the name and market base of the company if there is no better customer loyalty to its proponents/activist.
