Corporate Social Responsibility Focus Areas
Briolett, Manager, Canada

Government, Corporations and People need to work together. Responsibility to who? Our neighbors, community, city, province/state, country, WORLD!
Some aspects or focus areas to consider...
1. Children: they are so important to the health of our society/world - why do they continually experience abuse and hunger?
2. Education: lack of it, at all levels, erodes society at its foundation - why does society limit access to this vital ingredient?
3. Human Rights: we all have value and something to contribute - why do we need legislation to tell us how to treat each other?
4. Environment: we only have our small planet to live on (we share it) - why do we put our greed above it?
These are only some areas / aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility. We often hear about companies who are a part of these societal problems, maybe it's time to call them to task! Earth is our home; we are all a part of one big family.
