Key Elements of a Business Model
Chivande, Lecturer, Zimbabwe

In my view, a business model has six key elements:
1. Growth strategies
2. Value proposition
3. Market segments
4. Value chain structure
5. Revenue model
6. Competitive strategy
Any builds / reactions?

The Main Elements of a Generic Business Model
Derek Lark, CEO, Australia
Hi Chivande,
That list looks really good.
If you are including activities and resources in the value chain structure and costs in the revenue model then I would generally agree with your list.
Channels and relationships would fit within growth and competition too I suggest.
A business model is about building, delivering and capturing value.
